With regards to the evolving Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and based on recommendations of both local and federal public health agencies, we are limiting access to our office to HTWSA employees only, until further notice. This is to ensure that we can continue to both serve our customers and maintain the health and safety of our employees.
Almost all of our field personnel perform their duties outside of homes and businesses. For this reason, we will suspend all home visits to repair water meters. At this time, we will also suspend water shut-off’s until further notice.
As the spread of COVID-19 continues to disrupt our daily lives, we want to assure you of our commitment to providing a safe and reliable supply of drinking water and sewer services to all HTWSA customers.
